Celery is used in schools and other places that children are to make crafts. Celery can be torn and broken to be made into anything with a little peanut butter. With these two ingredients you can create any craft imaginable. One of those crafts is the celery car. It is made with celery, peanut butter, a whole peanut, and some wheels. To the right is an example of a celery car.

Celery Purposes

Celery can be used in many different ways and for different purposes. It can be eaten as a snack or ingredient, or celery can be used for medicinal reasons. Medical purposes were the original use of the celery. It wasn't thought to be eaten until later. Here are a few ways celery can be used.

• It can be used to relieve joint pain and other medicinal purposes.
• Peanut butter and celery is a good snack.
• Celery seed can be used to add the taste of celery when the crunch of it is not wanted.
• The celery oil is sometimes used in the making of perfumes and lotions.
