Employee Salaries and Benefits

All employees will be started out at minimum wage until 3 month evalulation takes place.

The previous rule will be overlooked if employee has had at least 5 years of experience.

Health insurance will be offered from Blue Cross and Blue Shield with some of the benefits listed     below:

300 dollar deductible must be met before deductions are active.
Doctor visits will cost those covered 15 dollars per visit.
Generic drugs will cost those covered 10 dollars per prescription.
For all other perscription drugs the cost is 20 dollars.

Dental insurance will also be offered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield in the following way:

The 200 dollar deductible must be met.
Any visit will be covered 60%, 50%, 40%, and so on.
