Tennessee Tax Holiday

April showers usually bring May flowers.  However, this April parents of school-age children will reap “showers” of savings as Tennessee observes another Sales Tax Holiday, April 27 through 29.

Friday, April 25, starts the Tennessee Tax Holiday. The Tennessee Tax Holiday is where items of certain types are sold with no tax for two days. The Holiday takes place from April 25 to April 27. The holiday makes it a great time to buy your spring sales needs taken care of. Exempt items are Clothing of $100 or less, School and Art supplies of $100 or less, and computers $1500 or less. The holiday is honored by stores all around the country.
