An exciting basketball season is continuing at CHS. Both the girls' and boys' teams are continuing to work hard and practice good sportsmanship in all athletic endeavors.
On Tuesday, January 10, the girls’ team lost to Oliver Springs 46-25. Despite setbacks and defeats, the girls continue to strive for excellence through teamwork and leadership.
The boys’ team overcame Oliver Springs with a 95-85 win in overtime. That brings the boys to an impressive 9-3 record for the season. The boys’ district record stands at 5-0 and their regional record holds at 7-1.
“The season’s going well; the kids are working hard and getting better every day,” says Coach Joe Layne.
Friday's action will be against Oakdale. Keep coming out and cheering on the Bulldogs!
