Senior Honors Assembly

The honors assembly was held on Friday, May 12, 2006. Forty members of the senior class were honored for their grades. In order to receive the honors, students must maintain good grades and attendance.

Valedictorians must maintain a perfect 4.0 GPA through their entire high school experience. This year class of 2006 has five valedictorians: Megan Ellen Crozier, Andrew Lee Griffith, Ray Hoover Jenkins, Lance Tyler Lloyd, and Tabitha Renee Smith.

Salutatorian is the next ranked person under the valedictorians based on their grades. This year's salutatorian is Erica Jo Hester.

Highest Honors symbolizes that the students maintained a 3.8 to 4.00+ GPA throughout high school. The highest honors are: Cody Alan Davis, Elaine Michelle Gosnell, Jeremiah Duel Heidle, Whitney Elizabeth Maden, Michael Dexter Chad Sills, and Sara Jane Smith.

High Honors symbolizes that the students maintained a 3.50 to 3.79 GPA throughout high school. The high honors are: Donald Trey Daugherty III, Elizabeth Rene Davis, Brandon Cody Duncan, Emily Elizabeth Hardwick, Alicia Michelle Jones, Megan Elise Lamance, and Rachel Elaine Swint.

Honors symbolizes that the students maintained a 3.00 to 3.49 GPA throughout high school. The honors are: Stepahanie Renee Anderson, Dustin Joseph Aytes, Shasta Renee Bible, John Michael Bradshaw, Brittany Danielle Cooper, James Lee Daniel, Jessie Sara Jade Daugherty, Deanna Lorene Edwards, Joshua David Hamby, Brandi Denise Lynn Hawn, Michael Elliot Jones, Nathan Lee Kennedy, Amber Lianna Knight, Elizabeth Ashley Landrum, Courtney LeAnn Lavender, Deanna Audettee Laymance, Lydia Nicole Sellers, Rachel Diane Sill, Julie Christine Solock, and Kayla Marie Stedam.
