Eight different sites accross Morgan County comprise the Morgan County Community Learning Center Grant. Before-school and after-school activities are offered to students throughout the school year.
Programs include: arts & crafts, computer technology, tumbling, fitness, and music. Over 50 Central High students participated in these programs during the 2004-05 school year. Web Page Design students created and designed the official Morgan County 21st Century Learning Center website.

CHS has received nearly $1.4 million in grants over the past 13 years.
Teachers from Roane, Morgan, Scott, and Fentress counties attended professional development workshops funded by many of these grants.
Morgan County 21st Century Learning Center Grant was awarded in 2004.
