Home on the Web

The purpose of Home on the Web is to enable teachers to use the Web and its resources as a tool in their classroom. Teachers will be involved in hands-on activities as they review Internet tools and their classroom. The teachers will develop an integrated unit of study and publish it on the Web. To make the Web even more real, they will have an opportunity to create documents containing virtual field trips and projects. Home on the Web will also allow teachers to integrate across their curriculum and study multiple subjects at once.
