Who qualifies for the Upward Bound program?

- Any high school student with postsecondary potential

- Anyone who is a first generation student (neither parent graduated from a four year institution)

- Any student who is financially eligible under federal guidelines

- Freshmen and Sophomores are eligible for participation.

*Any student from Morgan County who meets the requirements listed above and wishes to join the Upward Bound program needs to talk to Sandra Harris or Amy Young.  You will need to get a registration form and meet for an intake interview.
